My stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Birmingham - Homewood was quite enjoyable. The standout feature was definitely the excellent customer service provided by Ms. Lorenda, who truly made me feel valued. The cleanliness of the hotel and my room was impressive, although I found that the breakfast variety could use a few more options to really elevate the experience.
